श्री महावीर शिक्षण संस्थान की स्थापना समाज के उस हिस्से को सहारा देने के लिए की गई थी जो मुख्यधारा से पीछे छूट गया है। हम लगातार बच्चों की शिक्षा और महिलाओं के स्वावलंबन के लिए ज़मीनी स्तर पर काम कर रहे हैं।
हमारा लक्ष्य केवल साक्षर बनाना नहीं, बल्कि जीवन बदलना है। हम गरीब बच्चों को उच्च शिक्षा के साधन और महिलाओं को सिलाई-कढ़ाई व डिजिटल स्किल सिखाकर उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से आज़ाद बनाने का काम करते हैं।

संस्था द्वारा वर्ष 2024-25 में विशेष विद्यालय प्रारम्भ कर निःशुल्क प्रवेश दिया गया।
संस्था द्वारा दिव्यांग बच्चों के पढ़ने और लिखने से संबंधित कौशल विकसित करने के लिए विशेष शिक्षकों द्वारा प्रशिक्षण
संस्था द्वारा विशेष योग्यजन बच्चों को शिक्षा कार्यक्रम से जोड़कर अंक और समय की जानकारी दी गई।
संस्था द्वारा जल स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत ग्रामीण जनता को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के बारे में जानकारी दी गई।
संस्था द्वारा लगभग 5 गाँवों में महिला स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया।
संस्था द्वारा विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के अभिभावकों को समय-समय पर परामर्श प्रदान किया गया।
संस्था द्वारा दिव्यांग बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए समय-समय पर स्वास्थ्य जाँच शिविर आयोजित किए गए।.
संस्था द्वारा विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के उद्देश्य से व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान किया गया। जैसे- चॉक बनाना, मोमबत्ती बनाना, कागज के लिफाफे बनाना, मिट्टी के खिलोने बनाना
संस्था द्वारा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर लोगो को दिव्यांगजनों के अधिकारों तथा उनकी आवश्यकताओं के बारे मे जानकारी दी गई।
संस्था द्वारा विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के शारीरिक और मानसिक विकास के लिए खेलकूद एवं सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया।
संस्था द्वारा उन विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के लिए गृह आधारित प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम भी चलाया गया जो किसी कारण वश नियमित रूप से विद्यालय नही आ सकते थे।
संस्था द्वारा विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों को समाज की मुख्यधारा से जोडने के लिए सामाजिक समावेशन कार्यक्रम भी चलाया गया।
संस्था द्वारा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वच्छता और स्वास्थ्य से सम्बंधित जागरूकता कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किए गए।
संस्था द्वारा अपने ककार्यक्रमों के संचालन में स्थानीय समुदाय, सामाजिक संगठनों तथा प्रशासन का सहयोग भी प्राप्त किया गया।
संस्था का उद्देश्य भविष्य में भी दिव्यांग बच्चों के लिए शिक्षा, प्रशिक्षण और पुनर्वास से संबंधित कार्यक्रमों को जारी रखना है।
